Abstract
A typical case of inflammatory linear verrucose epidermal nevus (ILVEN), with quite a psoriasiform histologic pattern, is reported. Intralesionally administered paramethasone acetate caused a temporary suppression of the clinical and histopathologic inflammatory features. The concept of ILVEN is briefly discussed.Entities:
