Abstract
In mammalian cells, protein-protein interactions constitute essential regulatory steps that modulate the activity of signaling pathways. In recent years, several approaches towards understanding the interactions have been developed. We describe herein a new method for detecting protein-protein interactions in vivo based on protein splicing and highlight some potential applications of this technique.Entities:
