Abstract
A giant gas cyst of the sigmoid is reported, and the relevant medical literature is discussed. The vast majority of these lesions are pseudocysts and are a complication of diverticulitis that has not been emphasized in previous reports. The diagnosis should be able to be established by various roentgenographic procedures.Entities:
