Abstract
Populations of humans and mice contain alleles at many loci that protect from immune-mediated diseases. Identification of these alleles, some which are likely to function in immune recognition, tolerance, and regulation, will facilitate the development of diagnostics as well as therapeutics that alter disease progression.Entities:
