Abstract
Os trigonum syndrome refers to a constellation of findings that can result in significant posterior or lateral ankle pain. The diagnosis may be very challenging for the clinician; nonetheless, modern imaging techniques can reliably aid in the diagnosis and in determining the extent of injury.
