Abstract
The structure of deacetylravidomycin M, an inhibitor of interleukin-4 signal transduction, was elucidated to be 6H-benzo[d]naphtho[1,2-b]pyran-6-one, 4-[3,6-dideoxy-3-(dimethylamino)-alpha-altropyranosyl]-1-hydroxy-10,12-dimethoxy-8-methyl- by spectroscopic studies including NMR measurements.Entities:
