[Differential lumbosacral pain diagnosis in pregnancy--a case with initial manifestation of squamous epithelial carcinoma].

Abstract

The case of a 36-year-old pregnant patient is reported. On account of the limited radiological possibilities, establishing the diagnosis was complicated. When symptoms are persisting, the diagnosis should always be reconsidered.
