A permanent record of antibiotic susceptibility results (disk method) using a Xerox photocopying machine.

A simple way to produce permanent antibiotic disk susceptibility and radioimmunodiffusion assay records with the aid of a photocopy machine and a flat mirror is described. Advantages and limitations of the procedure are discussed.
