Abstract
A case of cardiorespiratory syndrome secondary to chronic upper airway obstruction from hypertrophied tonsils and adenoids, involving a three-year-old boy, is presented. The haemodynamic changes were verified by heart catheterization. The possible role of steroids in the treatment of the syndrome is suggested.Entities:
