Abstract
We report two cases of localised hypertrophy of semimembranous muscle in young athletes diagnosed with ultrasonography, flow color-Doppler and MRI. The symptomatic case had the resolution of the pain after one month rest. At one year follow-up both cases are still asymptomatic, without any further increase of the hypertrophyc masses.Entities:
