Abstract
Myxomas are the most common primary cardiac tumours in adults. Systemic embolization is often the first presentation, with the central nervous system being the most common site. The present report reviews the literature and discusses a 29-year-old patient who presented with an isolated left retinal artery occlusion secondary to a previously undiagnosed left atrial myxoma.Entities:
