Abstract
A 26 year old woman presented with a 4-year history of a gradually enlarging fluctuant mass on the left labium majus. Histologic examination following excision revealed myxoid liposarcoma. Following the diagnosis, further surgery was performed to ensure complete resection. Routine excision of draining lymph nodes is not advocated. Although rare, myxoid liposarcoma should be considered in the differential diagnosis of a vulval soft tissue mass.Entities:
