Abstract
An 8-year-old girl presented with persistent vomiting, pain abdomen and generalized edema. Barium studies and gastroscopy suggested hypertrophic gastropathy. Histopathological examination pointed the diagnosis towards Menetrier's Disease. There was spontaneous remission and the child required only supportive therapy.Entities:
