Abstract
A case of epididymal leiomyoma with bizarre nuclei is described. A 48-year-old man presented with a painless scrotal mass raising the suspicion of a testicular neoplasm. A seven-year follow-up revealed no evidence of local recurrence or distant metastasis. To personal knowledge, this is the first reported case of bizarre leiomyoma of the epididymis.Entities:
