Lung water volume at rest and exercise in dogs.

B E Marshall, L R Soma, G R Neufeld.

Lung water volume was measured in dogs killed at rest and during maximal exercise. There was no significant difference between them. It is concluded that pulmonary interstitial edema does not occur during exercise.
