Abstract
The anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) is the most commonly reconstructed knee ligament. It is estimated that more than 100,000 new ACL injuries occur annually. This article discusses preoperative education, perioperative nursing care, surgical technique, and postoperative management of patients undergoing ACL reconstruction procedures.Entities:
