Abstract
Spontaneous perforation of a pancreatic pseudocyst into the colon, diagnosed radiologically, resulted in spontaneous cure. Disappearance of a previously palpable abdominal mass suggested perforation of the cyst into the stomach or colon. Surgical treatment was not required. Such an occurrence has not been reported previously; it opens to doubt dicta regarding treatment of this rare complication of pancreatic pseudocyst by immediate colostomy.Entities:
