Abstract
Leiomyosarcoma of the larynx is extremely rare. Histological diagnosis for excluding other tumours remains extremely difficult. A rare case of leiomyosarcoma of the larynx, treated by surgery and radiotherapy, is reported. We discuss the clinical presentation, diagnosis, and treatment of leiomysarcoma with a review of the literature.Entities:
