Abstract
Toxic osteoblastoma is a rare variant of an uncommon primary bone tumour that has been described only once before in the world medical literature. It is characterised by systemic features including fever, weight loss and a striking diffuse periostitis in association with an osteoblastoma, resulting in delayed diagnosis. Early recognition of this condition could prevent inappropriate therapies and reduce morbidity.Entities:
