Abstract
By analyzing the frequencies of selecting entries in the strategies and time series data of the minority game, we show that the memory in the minority game is irrelevant for the emergence of coordinate behavior. It is found that the memory in the game just yields periodic structures and statistically does not play any significant role as far as the volatility is concerned.Year: 2001 PMID: 11461316 DOI: 10.1103/PhysRevE.64.015102
