Bazex syndrome.

Abstract

Bazex syndrome is a paraneoplastic acrokeratosis appearing mostly at the same time as the underlying neoplasm. We report a typical case with a squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue and classical cutaneous symptoms disappearing with the treatment of the tumour. Copyright 2001 S. Karger AG, Basel
