Abstract
We report a 57-year-old woman with acute myocardial infarction and cardiac arrest who subsequently developed unstable angina. The possibility of a coronary steal syndrome contributing to her unstable angina arises in view of the presence of bilateral coronary artery fistulae between two atherosclerotic coronary arteries and the main pulmonary artery.Entities:
