Abstract
An ectopic iliopelvic kidney with hydronephrosis causing fetal malpresentation is a rare occurrence. We describe this case for its unusual presentation which was mistaken for an ovarian cyst. The difficulty in diagnosis and the need for a high index of suspicion is highlighted.Entities:
