Abstract
Pierre Robin sequence affects 1:8500 newborns and is characterized by cleft palate, micrognathia, and airway obstruction. Evolution in the understanding of the causes and pathogenesis of this condition is reviewed. Clinical findings and treatment options are also addressed. An overview of syndromes commonly associated with Pierre Robin sequence is provided.Entities:
