Abstract
A Subcapsular hematoma of the liver is a rare but very serious complication of pregnancy. Diagnosis is confirmed at imaging (Ultrasound, CT, MRI) since clinical symptoms are not specific and biological signs have a delayed manifestation. The management of this complication depends on the integrity or rupture of Glisson's capsule. We report the cases of 4 patients and review of the literature.Entities:
