Abstract
The authors report on four DRPLA patients who manifested delusions. All patients demonstrated autosomal dominant DRPLA confirmed by standard gene analysis. Patients with DRPLA can exhibit a variety of psychiatric symptoms in addition to extrapyramidal and cerebellar symptoms.Entities:
