Nephromegaly in Hemophilia.

Various renal abnormalities have been reported in patients with hemophilia. Findings in four patients with hemophilia and nonobstructive renal enlargement are described. Three of these patients also had pseudotumors of the iliac bone. The one factor common to all of these patients and patients with sickle cell anemia or thalassemia with large kidneys is multiple blood transfusions.
