Abstract
Unsuspected tracheal injury during endoscopic hemithyroidectomy is described. The diagnosis was delayed because of absent symptomatology. Surgical repair was planned but deferred because of infection. The patient was managed with a tracheostomy tube and antibiotics, and the wound healed completely without any residual abnormality or complications.Entities:
