Abstract
Spontaneous splenic rupture is rare and in most cases occurs in a spleen affected by hematologic, neoplastic, or infectious disease or as a complication of pancreatitis. We report the imaging findings in two cases of spontaneous splenic rupture due to non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and pancreatic pseudocyst.Entities:
