Abstract
A 12-year-old male child presented with recurrent syncope. Ventricular tachycardia was noted on the electrocardiogram. Transthoracic echocardiogram revealed a homogeneous tumor mass in the right ventricular cavity with extension into the outflow region. Left cervical lymph node biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. The tumor resolved completely with chemotherapy without surgical intervention.Entities:
