Abstract
We experienced a case of anomalous origin of innominate artery from right pulmonary artery (isolated innominate artery). This patient was a 2-month-old baby girl weighing 3.2 kg with DiGeorge syndrome, who was diagnosed with perimembranous ventricular septal defect, atrial septal defect, and patent ductus arteriosus.
