Abstract
Quinoline-4-acetamides were designed as potential phospholipase A(2) inhibitors by structural based method and synthesized. The chemical structures of the obtained compounds were confirmed by elemental analyses, 1H NMR and MS. Preliminary bioassay study shows that quinoline-4-acetamides display certain inhibition to sPLA(2).Entities:
