Abstract
The evidence linking firearms in the home to risk for suicide is reviewed. These data come from epidemiological, case-control, quasiexperimental, and prospective studies. The convergent finding from this wide range of studies is that there is a strong relationship between firearms in the home and risk for suicide, most firmly established in the United States.Mesh:
