Abstract
Gout is a metabolic disease characterized by recurrent episodes of acute arthritis. High blood levels of uric acid lead to inflammation, joint swelling, and severe pain. Treatment is aimed at relieving the acute attack and preventing recurrent episodes of gouty arthritis.Entities:
