Synchronous leiomyosarcoma and adenocarcinoma of the rectum: report of a case and review of the literature.

Abstract

A case report of rectal leiomyosarcoma coexisting with an adenocarcinoma of the rectosigmoid is presented. We believe this to be the first reported case of this condition.
