Abstract
A procedure is described for removing osteons from undecalcified, thin sections of bone. The method involves the use of a microdrilling machine in combination with a micromanipulator. The procedure allows a substantial reduction in the time required for microdissection over previously described methods while permitting the irregular contours of osteons to be followed with precision.Mesh：
