Abstract
Human arterial smooth muscle cells growing in tissue culture, in contrast to rat cells, preferentially bind and take up large, lipid-rich lipoproteins (125I-labeled low density and very low density lipoproteins) in comparison to the known difference in the propensity of these two species to develop atherosclerosis.Entities:
