Abstract
Posterior tibial tendon dysfunction presents the clinician with such a broad spectrum of clinical problems that treatment must be based on the anatomic alignment of the foot as determined by the physical examination. There is no single method to treat PTT dysfunction, but rather a variety of conservative and operative procedures that are based on the pathologic anatomy.Entities:
