Abstract
Magnetic resonance coronary angiography (MRCA) is developing rapidly as a non-invasive method for assessing coronary artery anatomy and function. This article reviews the issues involved in MRCA and the methods used to overcome them. The current clinical applications for MRCA are then summarised with reference to published clinical studies.Mesh:
