Abstract
Inflammatory pseudotumour of lung is a rare benign lung tumour of uncertain aetiology. It is difficult to distinguish clinically as well as histologically from inflammatory lesions, hamartomas and neoplasms. Only two such cases have been reported from India earlier. We report one such case, that was clinically misdiagnosed as neuroblastoma.Entities:
