Abstract
Microsporidia are considered opportunistic pathogens in humans because they are most likely to cause diseases if the immune status of a host is such that the infection cannot be controlled. A wide spectrum of diseases has been reported among persons infected with microsporidia and different diagnostic techniques have been developed during the last decade.Entities:
