Abstract
This study discourses about a nursing project, the well known "Larga Escala Project", its history, the legislation that gives support to it and its trajectory in the Health Secretary of the Township of São Paulo. The conclusion is that the "Larga Escala Project" is a valid pedagogic proposal and it must be encouraged and amplified to all the national field.Mesh：
