Abstract
Inflammatory pseudotumor is a tumor-like reactive lesion of unknown etiology that rarely affects the heart. We describe an unusual case of a cardiac inflammatory pseudotumor that involved the aortic valve and caused regurgitation in a 62-year-old man. The lesion was excised and the aortic valve was replaced, resulting in a favorable outcome for the patient.Entities:
