Abstract
Cardiac fibromas are rare tumors that are histologically benign but potentially lethal because of their location. The prognosis is related to complete resection. We report the case of a 15-year-old boy who, 1 year after partial excision of a large fibroma, underwent successful complete resection through a conventional surgical approach with left ventricular reconstruction.Entities:
