Abstract
A previously unreported synovial sarcoma arising from the floor of the mouth occurred in a 46-year-old man. Preoperative MR imaging findings of the tumor reflected the macroscopic findings of the resected mass. MR imaging findings were helpful in the diagnosis of this malignancy.Entities:
