Abstract
Gallstone ileus is an uncommon form of bowel obstruction. It can occur whenever a stone passes through the common bile duct or a cholecystoenteric fistula. When a stone is in the intestinal track it can either traverse the entire colon to be voided spontaneously or obstruct the small or more rarely the large intestine. We report a case of recurrence of gallstone ileus in a young patient with Crohn's disease. Clinical findings, diagnosis and treatment are presented.Entities:
