Abstract
Microbiological investigation of urea treated Rhizobium sp. cells showed a gradual decrease of colony forming unit from initial 100% to 2.13% value. Maximum effect was reached at 90 min onwards. The liquid holding recovery in phosphate buffer saline at pH 7.0 also was studied. Electron microscopic studies revealed important structural changes in treated cells.Entities:
