[Parovarian cyst in an 18-year-old patient].

A rare case of a large paraovarian cyst in an unusually young 18-age-old patient, filling up the whole abdominal cavity, is described. It is concluded that an accurate and precise diagnostics, and also an experienced surgical team would be required in such a surgery as complete surprises can take place effecting its course and outcome.
