Abstract
A pelvic neurogenic tumor resected endoscopically through the retroperitoneal approach is described. Close examination of a 62-year-old man who complained of dull pain in the lower abdomen revealed a tumor on the posterior surface of the iliacus muscle. The tumor was extracted endoscopically without the need for a laparotomy. This procedure involves a less invasive approach that may be useful for benign retroperitoneal pelvic tumors.Entities:
