Abstract
We report the US and MRI appearance in a patient with a giant lactating adenoma detected during pregnancy and followed-up for 12 months postpartum. The different imaging features of lactating adenomas are discussed, especially at US and MRI. We discuss also the role of core biopsy in diagnosing pregnancy associated breast masses.Entities:
